Reverend William W. Richardson, 46, of Macksburg Iowa, on a 1200 mile 67 day horseback journey to Baltimore for Saddlebags East to dramatize circuit riders. He began February 14 in Omaha and passed Washington on the way east, delivering 1000 copies of the Book of Romans for distribution and drawing curious crowds at city hall and First Methodist Church events.
