Cornelius Sherry, 81, longtime Crawfordsville resident for about 70 years, died at 2:35 AM at Washington County Hospital after treatment for a broken hip. Funeral services are Sunday at 2 PM in the Crawfordsville Methodist Church, with a Masonic graveside service at Crawfordsville Cemetery. Sherman funeral home handled arrangements. Sherry was a plasterer and member of the Methodist church and Masonic lodge. he had no surviving relatives in the community.
