Ev erette Fisher, 32, of Des Moines escaped serious injury after lying an hour beneath an overturned coal truck on an icy road. Physicians reported no serious injuries. Centerville reports Appanoose County Clerk Howard Evans issued a marriage license to W. P. Tyrrell, 77, and Mrs. Mary Wratton, 70, both of Albia.

Jacob Sinn Funeral Set for Tomorrow
Funeral services for Jacob Sinn aged 67 who died yesterday at University hospital in Iowa City will be held tomorrow at 11 in Green Mound church with burial in the adjoining cemetery. Sinn had been in poor health for over two years and was a hospital patient since January 23. He lived three and a half miles southwest of Wayland and in the community over thirty years. Surviving are his widow Martha Smith and four children Alice Wade John Sinn and Mrs Lester Hill.

Fire crews respond to Keifer's Garage call

Henry Valentine Frank died suddenly from a heart attack after leaving his Valley store en route home. Funeral services are set for tomorrow at 2 PM at Valley church with Rev. Carl W. Klein presiding. He was born March 11, 1863, in Valley, survived by four children Myrtle Mrs Charles Churchill George Frank Andy Sheetz, fourteen grandchildren, and siblings.
