Albright and McGuire wed in First Assembly of God
Vickie Albright daughter of Mr and Mrs Jerry Albright and Michal McGuire son of Mr and Mrs George McGuire were married December 13 at the First Assembly of God Church with Rev Phil Kaufman officiating. The bride wore a pink floor length dress trimmed with lace and carried a pink bouquet. Attending were Mr and Mrs Ed Chalupa. Glen Martin seated guests from Ottumwa Brighton What Cheer and Washington. A reception for about 40 followed at the bride’s parents home at 906 South Avenue D. The groom serves with the Marines in Palm Springs California and the wife plans to join him there later.

Mrs Ernest Lunow of Brighton was taken to Mt Pleasant Hospital Tuesday afternoon for treatment of an injured hip. Cadet Larry Hysell of West Point has arrived home for a holiday leave to spend time with his parents Truman and Mrs Hysell. Pvt Michal McGuire left for Marines duties in Palm Springs California. He and Vickie Albright were married December 13 and his wife plans to sing him in California later.
