Just Us Club Christmas Lunch and Gracehill Ladies Aid
Ten members of the Just Us Club met for a Christmas lunch at the Captain's Table on Wednesday. Mrs. Eva Robertson and Mrs. Nina Caldwell oversaw decorations and the gift exchange. Gracehill Ladies Aid met Wednesday afternoon with Mrs. Max Waterhouse hosting. Mrs. Leonard Brinning opened with A Christmas Prayer. Roll call cited Christmas in Other Lands. A program by Mrs. Eugene Engel and Mrs. Robert Miksch included scripture, carols, and Christmas poems. They memorialized the late Mrs. Marion Robertson. A note from Chicago United Mission thanked donors. Mary Engel, a guest, helped serve refreshments. Officers to be elected at January 10 meeting with Mrs. Leonard Brinning.
