Diphtheria Immunization Campaign Immunizes 1300 Plus
Washington county physicians and the Health unit report over 1300 children immunized in November for diphtheria. The Red Cross funded 180 immunizations for ages 9 to 24 months. Ages 5 and under represent 42 percent, 5 to 9 years 48.6 percent, 10 to 14 years 29.6 percent, and 15 plus 9.2 percent, with rural schools Seventy-Six Center and Union to Lime Creek at 100 percent immunization.
