The last two of five men who escaped Linn County Jail by sawing bars surrendered Monday around 6 p.m. Quincy Tobin 26 Cedar Rapids and Dickie Bonwell 21 Des Moines face escape charges arraignment planned today. The other three suspects were arrested Saturday: Thomas Glaus 22 and Mark Loftus 19 Cedar Rapids at an apartment, Roger Hartgrave 23 Cedar Rapids detained shortly after.

City council settles police holiday pay dispute

Blair House renovations accelerate as first tenant eyed
