Charges were filed against Garry F Pribyl of RR 4 Washington after a collision at the North 11th and East 3rd intersection at 12 15 p m. Pribyl failed to yield to Boyd E Dunbar of RFD 1 Keota who was traveling east and struck the Pribyl car in the right side as it moved south. Officer Ted Crone estimated the damage at 300 to Dunbar and 250 to Pribyl.
