Stan Kiesey of Washington faced a culvert failure and a 750 foot ditch near the W. W Wilson estate farm. Soil Conservation Service designed a 2 acre pond to replace the failing culvert and aid erosion control. Construction finished recently and the pond is filling, aiding the lane and reducing ditch visibility.
