City council met last night and decided to return the Farmers' Mutual fire truck to Washington in the near future. The truck will be housed in the local fire station. The council granted a beer permit to the Washington cafe and awaits action on a similar permit for the Candy Kitchen. They voted no salary increase and approved the 1951 city budget of 87,195 dollars.
