Death of A G Marbourg Ends Long Washington County Life
Alexander George Marbourg died at his sister’s home in Washington at age 66 after a long illness. Born in Jackson township on July 19 1861 he lived in the county most of his life. He is survived by a sister Katherine Marbourg of Los Angeles a sister Mrs E F Wickham and a brother Wyatt Marbourg. He served with Masonic bodies in Washington and was treasurer of the Washington County Farmers Mutual Insurance Association since 1899. Funeral arrangements set for Saturday at the Wickham home with burial in Kim Grove cemetery.
