Stolen money returned to Holiday Inn in Iowa City
In Iowa City police report, $980 of $1,077 stolen last Friday at the Holiday Inn near I 80 and US 218 was recovered. A woman about 24 to 27 handed an envelope to the night clerk early today, saying to give it to the manager. The gunman, aged 28 to 30, and an accomplice fled in a 1963 car after the robbery.
