Gas thefts investigated in Washington by police and youth
Police and a 16 year old youth were caught looting gas from bulk storage tanks owned by Standard Oil near the railroad in Washington. The 16 year old was arrested and awaiting juvenile action. Gas had disappeared from tanks at least four times in two weeks, all in the same area.
