Company and Union negotiators aided by a Federal mediator had reached tentative agreement on the new contract in lengthy weekend meetings that stretched into late sunday night. Perfet officials said the labor Accord Calls for a 22.7 per cent average wage increase Over the two year period plus several fringe Benefit improvements.
