County Board approves March claims and transfers funds
The Board of Supervisors met with Anderson Conklin and Patterson present. March minutes were read and approved. County Auditor authorized to issue warrants for numerous General County, County Home, and other claims including Boone Blank Book Co, Fidlar & Chambers, Friden Inc, IBM, Jones Funeral Home, Kalona News, Leu Typewriters, Sorrell Auto Parts, Standard Oil, Valley Supl, International Harvester, and many others. Several real estate transfers and deeds were recorded including multiple parcels in Ka lona and Riv erside areas, with estates and interfamily transfers noted.
