New EMS Radio System Links Washington County Agencies
Washington County Ambulance Service and Washington County Hospital join a seven county regional EMS communications network. The system connects ambulances, hospitals, and law enforcement to speed emergency care with two regional centers at Mercy Hospital Cedar Rapids and Johnson County Sheriff Iowa City.
