Mil an Smith Dies at 101 Pioneer Citizen of Fayette County
Milan Smith longtime Fayette County resident died Tuesday night at his grandson Levi Smiths home between Jeffersonville and South Solon. He was 101 years 10 months and 11 days old and had remained active until kidney trouble worsened his condition. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1 PM in South Solon with burial in Fairview cemetery near Jeffersonville. He leaves a wide circle of relatives in the area.
