Mr and Mrs L D Vaughn welcomed a nine pound son born April 14. Young folks attend a party at Charles Sensibaugh's. Curt McCuton from Liberty Mills arrives following his brother’s illness. Ladies Aid met at Mrs William Guy's home. A telegram reports 4 lb 1 oz baby born to Bert and Mabel Andrews of Lawsville, Ky. Spring coughs are dangerous and require prompt relief. One Minute Cough Cure is promoted as a high grade remedy.
Myrtle Marvel spent Sunday with Blanche Meek and Webb Rosbrough and family visited from Warsaw. Farmers are busy with spring work and a new preacher is announced for next Sunday evening. Several local families visited others Sunday afternoon while Wm Thorn plans to sell his property soon. An anecdote praises One Minute Cough Cure as a rapid relief for a bad cold on the lungs.
