Nelson bonded over liquor sale and Mrs. Myrtle Hunter sues for damages linked to husband’s illness and death. Martha Morgan bought 35 acres from F. E. Bowser in a sale by commissioner. Divorces granted for Charles Duvall v Maude Duvall and Henry E. Sloan v Maggie E. Sloan. An injunction against building within Syracuse fire limits was temporarily granted and then dissolved after hearing.
