Youngsville Cub Pack 30 held a Friday event at St Francis parish house to decorate a Christmas tree with homemade colored paper designs. Presents were exchanged with parents and among Cubs, and a photo showcased the finished display. A new traffic signal at East Main and Railroad streets, installed by Schaeffer Electric, now operates on a three color cycle during school hours and blinks otherwise, improving crossings and traffic flow.
