Moon Seeks New Trial On Judge Wade Murder Case
The State Supreme Court will hear Norman W. Moon's appeal for a new trial on April 15, after Judge Alexander C. Flick Jr. previously denied a request and sentenced Moon to death for the 1954 Warren County courtroom shooting of Judge Allison D. Wade. If the high court upholds the defense, execution timing will be set by the governor.
