Unpaid by November 29 1920 including 25 cents advertising costs stock will be sold at the Gyde Taylor Building in Wallace Idaho to cover the delinquent assessment and sale expenses.
The Friend Mining Company of Spokane announces an assessment of three mills per share on its capital stock levied October 6 1920 payable by November 10 1920 to Wm Sehlerdin at 321 Lindelie Spokane. If unpaid by November 10 1920 the stock will be delinquent and sold at public auction December 4 1920 at 1 30 p m at the Bank Street entrance of the county courthouse Spokane Washington.
The city of Wallace in Shoshone county Idaho bids delinquent assessment payment plus advertising costs and sale expenses. WM Schierding treasurer of Friend Mining Company located at 421 Lindelle Building Spokane Washington provides the notice.
