At a Tarbox Mining Co directors meeting last week Richard Daxon resigned as director and vice president and Frank Davey also resigned as director. P J Gearon and Herman Marquardt were elected directors with Gearon named vice president. Daxon, long time manager, plans to leave Wallace for a milder climate and the company will push key development work soon. In the First Judicial District of Shoshone County a judgment of 157.40 dollars was issued against Kellogg Peak Mining Company. On December 16, 1922 at 10 16 a m the sheriff will sell all of Kellogg Peak’s mining claims Idaho including Midland North Midland East Midland Midland No 3 No 4 and Midland No 7 lode mining claims to satisfy the judgment.
