Arbitration Society of America Hears First Tribunal Case
A New York arbitration tribunal of the Arbitration Society of America tested its quick noncourtside method. Jesse Barrymore and Benjamin Lee presented their copper boiler venture dispute before Arbitrator Rose, with testimony in one hour and fifteen minutes and no sworn oaths. The award favored Barrymore on most claims, balancing fairness and speed, and showed the system’s practical value for swift settlements.
