The Gogebic county board discussed scheduling the November circuit court term, jail and grounds repairs, and appointing successors to county posts. Elections for board of school examiners and poor commissioners were conducted, with C. R. Cobb and Alfred Kallander elected, and J. J. Rummel reappointed for three years. The county physician post was filled by Dr. R. A. Paradis. Tax apportionment for county, city, and township needs was outlined and approved, with detailed allocations for Ironwood, Bessemer, Wakefield, Erwin, Marenisco, Watersmeet, and Carlson townships. The board adjourned to November 2, 1915.
