Wireless Christmas Wish Moves a Grumpy Neighbor
A young boy Tim McCann builds a wireless telephone and, with neighbor efforts, enlists old Mr. McKeefrey to fund and enable the project. McKeefrey, once dour, is moved by Tim’s hope and charity, leading to a holiday display of generosity that changes his outlook and opens a broader world of giving. Meanwhile Plymouth mine adds a second shovel and local high school debates about Prohibition. Paul Bloomquist plans to spend Christmas with family in Ashland.
