Rulers conference of upper peninsula Elks held in Marquette
A report on the recent Elks conference of excited rulers duel secretaries from eleven upper Peninsula lodges, with over 200 members, was submitted. District Deputy Exalted Ruler GC Winkler of Bessemer called the gathering. The meeting discussed forming an upper peninsula district under a grand lodge affiliate, member recruitment, and lodge matters.
