Proceeds apply per mortgage deed. This 21st day of Oct 1899 J T Fields.

The Cobb place totals about fifty acres known as the Cobb place near Cordele with cash terms on December first 1899. A second notice indicates sale by mortgage on lot 35 in the eleventh district of Dooly County totaling about 202 plus acres to satisfy a promissory note of 1139 dollars sixty seven cents plus interest and attorney fees.
