The property described is a lot at the corner of church and Sth streets in Vienna running along 5th and Church streets to satisfy debts totaling 667.27 dollars principal 32.97 dollars interest and 72.12 dollars attorneys fees plus 20 lara insurance and costs. The sale is to the highest bidder for cash under the mortgage to D B Leonard with fees to the purchaser.
Georgia Dorly County announces the sale of a plantation tract of about 150 acres by administrator Jeremiah Slade. The property, formerly Jeremiah Sade, deceased, will be rented to the highest bidder in the legal hours at the court house door in Vienna on the first Tuesday in December next. This October 26, 1898.
Upon filing their report in the matter of H B Felder deceased the appraisers for twelve months support for widow Mary Emma Felder and two minor children will be reviewed. The judge will pass upon the report on the first day of November next this October 19 1898. J D Hargrove O DC.
