J Wood applies for guardianship of the persons and property of Hedgebeth B A Sarah Virgil J and Walter Wood, minors of A J Wood deceased. Hearing set for the first Monday in December at the office of J D Hargrove O D C dated November 7 1898.
Notice states fifteen freeholders of the 585th district petition for an election under sections 1772 to 1776 of the Civil Code of Ga. The notice promises election after twenty days of publication and cites November 9th, 1898, by J D Hargrove OD C.

The court of Ordinary will hear objections at the regular January 1899 term. Notice to all persons concerned to show cause why discharge should not be granted. Witness dated October 1898.

Under power of sale in two mortgages from J D Norris to D B Ward dated June 21 1807 and Oct 12 1807 the Lot at church and 6th streets Vienna Ga is set to be sold at public outcry at the courthouse in Dooly County for cash on December 6 1808 to satisfy total debt of 667.27 principal interest and attorneys fees plus 20 insurance and costs with a deed to purchaser by D B Leonard and Busbee & Busbee attorneys for plaintiff.

Application to be passed upon on the first Monday in December next dated November 7 1893 by J D Hargrove D D C. Also a medical ad for De Witts Witch Hazel Salve declaring it cures sores burns and wounds with Dr CT Stovall endorsement.
