Auctions occur December through December 1908, with courts and sheriffs overseeing sale to satisfy taxes and judgments.
A Byromville man and an Atlanta reader declare relief from severe migraines after four years of frequent headaches with Peruvian Liver Syrup. They call the medicine wonderful and note local agents selling Peruvian products in Pinehurst.
In Georgia Dooly County petitions note John b Cason as administrator of Llewallen Cason and Elihu Walton as administrator of John Walton estate seek discharge and letters of dismission after fully administering estates. Notice states election after twenty days publication with legal procedures for the district, dated September 1 1898. A tax sale notice follows for Lot and land in the 6th land district, owner unknown, to satisfy a tax Fi Fa issued by J B Scott.
In Dooly County Samuel Carnes administrator of Edward H Stephens estate seeks discharge. Court to cite all interested to show cause at the January 1899 term why discharge should not be granted. Under a power of sale in two deeds dated 1897 and recorded in Dooly county Georgia a resident lot at the corner of church and 5th streets Vienna is advertised for public sale on December 6, 1898. The sale funds pay four hundred fifty five dollars eighty cents, two hundred twelve dollars forty seven cents, interest, attorneys fees, twenty mars insurance and costs.
Jeremiah Slade administrator its sale to the highest bidder within legal hours on the first Tuesday in December next at the courthouse door Vienna Ga. a portion of the Jeremiah Wade estate containing about one hundred fifty acres of cleared land to be sold. October 29 1898.

F M and A B Walden apply for permanent letters of administration on Martha Walden's estate. Judge J D Hargrove will pass on December 1, 1898, in the county. November 7, 1898. O DC signatures.
D L Henderson and Company promotes insured protection after a dwelling fire. They list North British and Mercantile, Liverpool London and Globe, Pennsylvania, Hartford and the Insurance Company of North America as examples of trusted firms. The note invites future business.
By order of the count of Ordinary of Dooly county 200 acres to be sold on the first Tuesday in December 1895 at the courthouse door between legal hours. 100 acres off the north half of lot 100 and 100 acres off the south half of lot 101 in the third district to pay debts and distribute among heirs.
