In Dooly County Georgia on the last Tuesday in July 1807 the sheriff will sell at public auction the Tot of land number 20 in the 10th district containing 203 1 2 acres, levied on as property of P O Clegg administrator of Sallie Clegg deceased to satisfy state and county taxes for 1897 by J B Scott tax collector. The sale is to be for cash and held during legal hours.
In Dooley County Georgia on the first Tuesday in July 1897 the sheriff sells a land tract to satisfy a fi fy judgement tied to M E Soguat. The property lies on the rail line right of way, lot 231, district ten, and involves distances of 38, 150, and 150 yards. Also notice of discharge petition for M r Rushin administrator of Mrs M F Rushin, to show cause why letters of dismission should not be granted on the first Monday in July 1807.
