Dooly County Georgia notices list sales of 150 bushels of corn and 1500 pounds fodder as property of J S Morgan, plus land sales under estate actions, administrator and guardian appointments, and letters of dismission from the Ordinary Court. Notices include tax and custody actions, with dates set for the first Tuesday in March 1896 and various court orders and probate filings.
Executors sale under court order in Pulaski County Georgia lists property to be sold at auction at the Dooly County courthouse on the first Tuesday in March. It describes one third of lot 188 in the 8th district containing about 67.5 acres lying on the east side, to be sold as the property of John H. Pate deceased. Cash terms. January 27, 1896.

Cordele Georgia voters will decide March 21 1896 in the council chamber whether to establish a public school system and whether to issue fifty bonds of 100 dollars each toward school buildings and equipment. The Georgia Southern & Florida Railway offers a ten dollar gold prize for naming its new fast Pullman line between Macon and Tampa. The route, passing the Suwannee River by daylight, departs Macon daily at 11 28 p m and reaches Tampa at 2 30 p m next day, with return service from Tampa at 10 15 a m to Macon at 4 00 a m.
In Dooly County Georgia American Fertilizer Company acting through A V Whipple as attorney will sell at auction before the Vienna courthouse door on the first Tuesday in March 1896. Property includes a warehouse and two town lots on Railroad Avenue Arabi Nos 119 and 120 Block 16 fronting 50 feet each, back 100 feet, to pay a note of 16185 pounds of middling lint cotton dated April 26 1895 due Oct 1 1895 with interest to March 1 1896 and 10 percent attorney fees. Hartman rapid relief within five minutes for recurring colic attacks.
