Public notice describes a sheriff sale by A V Wuirrer receiver of the Bank of Cordele. On the first Tuesday in January 1897 between legal hours, in front of the old Cordele Bank building, many blocks of Cordele real estate and other property including the Shoe Factory, plus an undivided half interest in several Cordele and Americus city lots, will be sold for cash to the highest bidder, with right to reject bids. Also included are bands of personal property and chose in action, with full list available in Cordele and Vienna offices.
