Property is Lot 150 comprising about 202 acres in district 10, levied to satisfy judgments from Justice Court 1451st district G M for Frank Adler vs J B Scott and B O Smith executor of KR J Smith estate. Property is in the possession of E O Smith executor of JT Smith.
J T Westbrook administrator seeks letters of dismission for the estate of J J aC daccasd in Dooly County Georgia. He cites full administration and calls heirs and creditors to show cause why the petition should not be granted with dismission issued on the first Sunday in July next. Dated April 6 1807.
