A man was arrested after his wife, claiming he bought diamonds with earnings from his earnings, confronted him about a scheme involving court plaster merchants on the New York elevated trains. The wife believed he was a beggar and wore diamonds during the incident.

Learels Deoly County will sell at the court house door in Vienna on the first Tuesday in July 1903 between legal hours for cash the property described as city lot 14 in block 115 in Cordele. It is levied to satisfy a Justice court fi fa from February term 1896 in favor of Albert Wellens against Lewis Eubanks. Writs issued and sale conducted June 2 1903 by G. Sunebany.
