In Georgia Dooly County W M Lewis has filed to obtain permanent letters of administration on the estate of Elijah Butts deceased The hearing will proceed on the first Monday in July 1907 dated June 4 1907 J D Hargrove D D C
W L Brown administrator of L L Brown deceased petitions for discharge after fully administering the estate. Debts paid, balance turned to lawful heirs. Citation issued for any objections by the first Monday in July next. otherwise discharge will be granted. Dated January 1907 J D Hargrove D D G
Richard Anderson applies for guardianship of Ola Pitts Ritta Pitts Berta Pitts and Lilly Belle Pitts orphans of Jackson Pitts deceased. Hearing set for the first Monday in July 1907. June 3 1907 J D Hargrove D D.

In Dooly County a petition signed by fifty Freeholders requests an election on Fence or No Fence. No counter petition was filed. The court orders a vote at district precincts on Wednesday July 3, 1907, under the official signature of J. D. Hargrove O D C.
By order of the Court of Ordinary, on June 3 1907, the court will sell at public outcry on the first Tuesday in July 1907 the east side of Third Street Vienna Dooly County Georgia three houses and lots totaling about seven tenths of an acre. The sale funds debts and estate distribution. J J Hamilton is administrator. Also notice that D L Henderson administrator of Amelia Young seeks discharge and letters of disas sail on the first Monday in July 1907.
Public notice states that unless good cause is shown an order will be granted on the first Tuesday in July to establish a new road marked by Road Commissioners. The route begins on A street near Methodist church in Byromville Georgia and runs west through multiple land lots in the 1st and 2nd districts, ending near Bay Point north of Montezuma.
