Negro worker injured by frightened team at pump station
A Black man employed by J. B. Forehand was seriously hurt Thursday afternoon while unloading wood at the pump station. The team was scared by a fire alarm, and in trying to control them he was struck and knocked senseless. He received medical care and is recovering as well as expected.
