Judge extends restraining order in townsite case
Judge James V. Leak continued the temporary restraining order against Fred L. Mal and others. The order bars the Yants from erecting shacks and structures in the townsite near oil wells, cited as a fire hazard risking life and property. The defendants contest the claim, arguing proposed buildings are no more hazardous than existing oil field structures. An appeal was granted to the defendants after the ruling.
