City Wins Final Victory In Fight To Build Plant
The Texas Electric and Tee Company and Vernon Electric and Tee Company lost a request for a restraining order against Vernon City, allowing work on a power plant to proceed. Amarillo Court of Civil Appeals dismissed the appeal after Judge Vo Lenk denied injunctive relief.
