Fast Fort Worth to Denver Train Debuts on First Run
The new all steel de luxe train runs No 1 northbound and No 2 southbound, replacing the old local service. It features an observation car dining car and several Pullmans, cutting Fort Worth to Denver time by over six hours and Vernon to Fort Worth by about two hours. Local Nos 5 and 4 will replace the former local service as through-fast trains.
