Court Adjourns Here Saturday After Motions
District Court adjourned here Saturday night after arguments on new trials in the Zip perle versus Heinzerling Oil Corporation suit to cancel a lease and in Mrs. M. F. Robinson versus J. A. Dixon and Q O Swinburn for damages. Both motions were overruled and appeals noted. Mrs. Robinson had won $10,000 in her suit for the death of her husband from a brick fragment during dynamiting on the Dixon site for a new building. Dixon and Swinburn gave notice of appeal. Judge Jas V. Leak, with John A. Storey and . O. Franklin present, court opened in Quanah with five murder cases on the docket.
