Coowner demands shares on Uintah County placer claims notice

Stewart Ashton and Nyron Mack announce coowners have expended labor and improvements totaling multiple years on nine Uintah County placer claims in Utah. Coholders listed include Nickell Coltharp Stewart Emert McConnell and others. Each coowner owes $112.50 per nine years for Dell Boy and similar claims, plus $450 for Grove claim, with 90 days to contribute or loss of interest as per Revised Statutes 2924. Roosevelt Police to Enforce Teen Curfew in Roosevelt City

Roosevelt City police will enforce the curfew law from the revised ordinances. Chief Roe McDonald cites teens in cars at the city park late at night as a problem and urges parental concern. Students are under school regulations from morning boarding to evening alighting and the driver has authority equal to a classroom teacher.
