Weekend Visitors Fill Provo Homes
Bud Price and friend Miss Norma Merservy spent the weekend with Price's parents in Provo. Mrs Alan Richardson and two children visited at the Arnold Perry home. Mr Richardson arrived late in the week. They will travel to Denver before returning to Bismarck North Dakota. The Lee Ralphs and Gordon Perry with fiancée LuJean Anderson visited the Price and Perry households. The couple plans to wed Sept. 2 in the Salt Lake Temple. Joe Merci and baby, visiting from California, stayed with Coleen Billings's parents, Eldon and Coleen Billings. Williams Pearce Jr and the Woolleys of California visited Earl Goodrich and Lyle Remington homes. Bishop Ernest Johnson and Lotene spent Saturday in Provo and Salt Lake City. A farewell testimonial for Elder Dale Perry was held Sunday evening as he prepares to depart for San Antonio Texas. program included talks by Dale Perry, his sister Nila Siddeway, Mr and Mrs Stephen Perry, President Archie Johnson, and Bishop Ernest M. Johnson. Musical numbers featured vocal solos by Jean Good.
