The Independence Townsite and Development Company assets in Uintah County Utah are to be sold at public auction for cash to satisfy debts. Bids must be written and filed with the company secretary by 5 pm Friday November 1 1907 with the directors to open bids at 5 pm the same day. The company may reject bids and any accepted bid must be fully paid within five days or the bid may be forfeited. The sale includes Lots 1-22 in blocks 1-4 and numerous other parcels in blocks 5-44 and is described in the plat of the Independence townsite. All real and personal property within the townsite is offered to the highest bidder.
