Buckley Captured After Jail Break Near Theodore
Buckley who escaped the county jail on October 2nd was recaptured last Saturday five miles east of Theodore at Thurman’s ditch camp. Deputies Meeks and O'Donnell traced him after a tip and found him lodged in jail Monday morning. Buckley denies fleeing toward Wyoming and says two men woke him and urged escape. Locals sympathetic say he erred and harmed his case.
