A Naples youth died from injuries after an auto horse collision. The incident prompted a local inquiry as authorities described the crash and the youth's condition at the time of transfer to a hospital.
Uintah County Christmas Seal Sale committees named with multiple chairmen and school principals listed for districts including Naples Vernal Gusher and Roosevelt. Details list names such as Alierra Bingham Stella LaRogg and Ashbey Richardson along with several others across counties.
Operations north of Vernal are at a standstill until casing arrives from Laramie for the Maud Ellen oil test. They posted bonds of $300 each and await trial as pelts are confiscated and held by Sheriff Stiggald. A state permit for the trapping was canceled. D A Madsen or a deputy will testify in Vernal.
Indian Farmers of Basin prepare to display seed extabit at the Chicago Grain Show. A nearby landscape gardening program advances tree and shrub planting for public buildings. Local meetings featured gardening instruction and public talks by Ifa Niao and Mr Slansen.
Final arrangements for Utahs 1926 Christmas Seal Sale are complete. Utah Public Health Association directs a large corps of salesmen to start after Thanksgiving to educate and fund tubercular prevention nationwide.
