Clarence C. Hadlock of Lapoint Utah seeks to appropriate 15 cubic feet per second of Deep Creek water for 105 acres irrigated land in parts of Lot 1 and sections in Township 18 Range 4 west U M. File 9494. Protests by affidavit with $1.00 fee due within 30 days of publication.
Notice is given that CMus Beebe of Vernal Utah applied to appropriate 0.046 cubic feet per second of water from an unnamed wash in Uintah County. Water to be diverted by a dam described with a point of diversion at N 32 deg 30 min E 3230 ft from the southwest corner of Sec 35 T18 R24 SLM. Use from April 15 to November 1 to water 3000 head of sheep. File No 9642. Affidavit and $1.06 fee filed in State Engineer's office. Publication dates Nov 7 and Dec 6, 1924.
