Uintah County directs permits for driveways and utilities on roads
Uintah County Utah adopts an ordinance requiring written permits from the County Clerk before building across any county road. A $200 plan deposit is required, with penalties for noncompliance including removal of the installation or a misdemeanor fine up to 299 dollars or 90 days in jail. The ordinance takes effect June 1 1977 and repeals conflicting ordinances.
