Utah fishing opener forecast across scattered Utah waters
The 1977 Utah general fishing season begins Saturday at 5 a.m. with openers at Starvation Steinaker Flaming Gorge Sandwash and Crouse reservoirs. Trout limits are eight and largemouth bass ten. Reservoirs should fish well though lakes above 10,000 feet remain frozen. The Northeastern Region may see unusually low water but better weekend fishing due to clarity.
